1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Rajan Dube (“we”, “us”), who operates Level. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Level.

2. What Level is

Level helps you decide what to do next and start it. You add tasks, break them into levels and work through them one at a time, alongside daily routines. We may add, change or remove features as the app develops.

3. Your account

You need a Google account to use Level, and you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live. If you’re under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Your content

Everything you add to Level, such as tasks, notes, levels and routines, belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the app for you, including syncing it across your devices. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. Acceptable use

When using Level, you agree not to:

• break any law or use the app for anything illegal;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data;
• probe, overload or disrupt our servers, or get around our security;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
• use automated means to access the service beyond normal use of the app.

6. Our app

Level, including its design, code, name and logo, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for yourself while you follow these terms. App Store and Google Play terms also apply to how you download and use the app.

7. Availability

Level is currently free. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever introduce paid features, we’ll tell you clearly before you’re charged anything.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Level at any time. To delete your account and data, email rajan.reachme@gmail.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. If we decide to shut down Level, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

9. Disclaimer

Level is a productivity tool. It isn’t medical, psychological or professional advice. If procrastination is affecting your health or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, missed deadlines or lost opportunities arising from your use of Level. Keep your own copy of anything critical.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can’t, the courts of India have jurisdiction, although you may also be able to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Level after that, you accept the new terms.
